Hand Lettered Stationery
My surface design work focuses on handmade quality and what better way to highlight that than through hand lettering? All postcards and greeting cards are available to buy in my shop and open for licensing. All of the designs are inspired sunny vibrant coastline of Southern California.
Creatures of the Chaparral Pattern Design
This project was sparked by my love of Southern California’s nature. All pattern elements are painted traditionally in watercolor, then designed in Adobe Illustrator. Some of the designs have been translated into physical products like stationary and risograph printed art books.
Patterns of Pride
This project is a creative spin on the different flags of the LGBTQ+ community. I took the colors and design aspects of each flag and painted watercolor elements from scratch for each pattern. This passion project took place during Pride month to celebrate my own Queerness and the beauty of my community.
